How do I give online?

For New Givers

Select the “Give Now” button and enter your contact information, payment information, and gift amount in the boxes provided to make a one-time or recurring gift. Our system will automatically create an account for you when you give for the first time. The email address you include will be used to access your account in the future. Your payment information will also be saved automatically unless you uncheck the “save for future use” box.

Click “Returning Givers Login” link and log in to your password-less account by entering your email address in the box. A message will be sent to your email with a secure one-time-use link. Select the “login” link in the message to access your account and make an online gift.

How do I create an account?

When you give online or text-to-give for the first time using our secure system, an account will automatically be created for you. The email address you include will be needed to access your account in the future.

Note: If you don't see your giving history right away, it may take up to 48 hours for your account to link with your giving history. If you have questions contact us.

Do I have to log in or create an account to give online?

No, it is not necessary to log in or create an account to give online. However, an account will be automatically created when you give online or text-to-give for the first time.

Accessing your account allows you to edit contact information, view your giving history, print a giving statement, edit/save payment information, and create/edit a recurring gift. Additionally, with saved billing and payment information, you can complete future online giving in fewer steps. You may give a gift without logging into an account, but you will need to re-enter your contact and payment information each time.

How do I log in to my password-less account?

Click the 'Returning Givers Login’ link below.
Enter your email address into the box provided and select “send a link to login.”
An email will be sent to the email address you provided with a secure one-time-use link. Select the “login” link in the message to access your account information through the giving page.

How do I make changes to my online giving profile or saved payment information?

Log in to your account using your saved email address.
In the “Profile” section, update your email address and/or mailing address.
In the “Your Saved Payment Methods” section, edit or delete payment information as needed.
After making any profile changes, select “Submit” under the “Gift/Visibility Permission” section then select “OK” in the pop-up window to save the changes.

How do I set up a recurring gift?

Log in to your account using your saved email address.
In the “Gift Amount” box, type in the dollar amount you wish to give as a recurring gift and select the “make this a recurring or future gift” button.
A drop-down list will appear with options to choose the frequency of your recurring gift (weekly, monthly, etc.).
In the “Starting From” box, type the date you want your gift to start.
Enter your contact information and payment methods or make sure any already saved information is accurate. Your payment information will be saved automatically unless you uncheck the “save for future use” box.
Select the “Complete Gift” button to save the gift information.

How do I make changes to or stop a recurring gift?

Log in to your account using your saved email address.‍
To make changes to a recurring gift, select the “Edit” button. You can change the gift amount, frequency of a gift, start date of a gift, billing address, and/or payment information. Once changes have been made, select “Submit” to save the changes.
‍To stop a recurring gift, select the “Delete” button next to the scheduled contribution you wish to remove. Select “OK” to confirm the deletion.

Does CPC pay fees on my online gift?

CPC pays the following fees based on payment method:

Credit & Debit Card gifts – 2.90% + $0.20/transaction

ACH gifts – 0.90% + $0.20/transaction.

My spouse and I give separately. How do I request that our giving not be linked?

Email us to request that your and your spouse’s giving be kept separate.

I’d like my giving to be from both me and my spouse. Do I need to include my spouse’s name when I give a gift?

No, please use only your name when making a gift. Adding your spouse’s name on the form will create a duplicate account in our database. Instead, contact us, and a CPC staff member will ensure your giving information is attached to your spouse’s so that both of you will receive joint giving statements.

To confirm, log in to your account using your saved email address. Click the “Profile” button and scroll down to the “Gift/Visibility Section” to make sure your spouse is listed.

Contact us with any questions or to request account changes. It may take up to 48 hours for your information to be updated in the online system.
