This summer, we are so excited to serve CPC as the intern team! We are grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow together over the next few months. We are expectant for what God will do at CPC this summer and can’t wait to see Him move on the intern team and in the congregation.
Some of us have attended CPC our whole lives, while others of us have only been inside the building a few times. We attend schools all around the country including Creighton University, University of North Dakota, College of Saint Benedict, and Texas Christian University. The staff teams we are part of include Kids Ministries, Student Ministries, Creative & Communications, Worship, Engagement, and Finance.
Over the next few months, the opportunity to build relationships within the CPC community is an exciting one. Engaging with this church family and growing in faith alongside so many godly people is something we are looking forward to. We are also excited to learn more about each specific ministry area and gain hands-on experience in areas that we are interested in. This summer will be a chance for us to try new things, step out of our comfort zones, and really invest in CPC. The Kids Ministries interns are especially excited to interact with all of the kids during different camps this summer.
Our internship only just started, but we have already learned so much! We’ve learned about the mission of CPC and how that creates a foundation for everything that is done here. We have met many amazing staff members who are intentional in their work and devoted to the community. We have enjoyed getting to know each other and forming relationships as the intern team.Please keep us in your prayers as we begin our work this summer and continue to step into what God is calling us to. We look forward to all that this summer will hold and know that God will do good work in us and through us.
