Katie Olson
Director of Missions

We're excited to share that Katie Olson joined the CPC staff on June 16 as our new Director of Missions! In this role, Katie will provide leadership and oversight for both local and global missions at CPC.

Katie had been serving at MATTER, a local NGO, as their Director of Development since 2021. There, she facilitated donor relationships and helped them travel to see work being done around the world. Before her work at MATTER, Katie and her husband served in Uganda for 2 years at The Amazima School, living alongside 18 teenage boys. They mentored high school students and modeled a Christ-centered relationship. 

Katie, her husband, Sean, and their 2 kids have been part of the CPC community for the past few years. She felt compelled to step into this new role at CPC because she wants to engage more people in missions at CPC. She hopes to do this by offering new opportunities for both local and global missions.

Katie is excited to help CPCers find their perfect fit of engagement with missions, plan more mission trips, and continue to build and strengthen relationships with our mission partners. Katie wants to engage people more deeply by sharing the stories of CPCers who travel globally, serve locally, and the stories of how God is working in the hearts of people all around us.
