The CPC Faith & Work cohort is a 9-month discipleship intensive that equips participants to live in sync with the missional purposes of God through their work. We hope this opportunity empowers growing disciples of Jesus to:
- steward their vocational power
- move towards brokenness in the world with redemptive action
- partner with the Holy Spirit for the renewal of all things
Whatever your work is, whether you are early-career or at a crossroads, Faith & Work is a place to explore the calling that God has for you through your work.
What do we do in Faith & Work?
- Study how personal vocation is reframed by the whole biblical story with readings, articles, videos, and reflection exercises.
- Practice discipleship in our workplaces
- Build community together through shared bi-monthly meals and conversation
- Share and receive feedback from one another about our sense of calling and how God is at work in our work
The Commitment:
- twice monthly meetings (see dates/times here)
- one overnight, away retreat (May 1-2, 2026)
- approximately 4 hours outside reading and reflection each month
- a commitment to not miss more than three group sessions and engage with reading and reflection exercises
- Limited to 15 participants
