In light of our new three-service schedule, we’re trying something new with our next Congregation Meeting. This change is designed to expand engagement and help more CPCers understand and participate in what God is doing through our church. All CPC members will have an opportunity for voice and vote in the process. 

On Sunday, May 17, each service will include the meeting agenda; a brief giving update and a presentation of the next slate of Elder and Deacon nominees. Voting will take place in person all morning from 8:30AM-12:15PM. Elders and staff will be available in Westview from 9:15AM-12:15PM to answer questions and provide clarity around agenda items. You may vote using your phone or an iPad available in Westview.

The Nominating Committee has taken all elder nominations from the congregation, vetted candidates and has ensured all nominees are qualified and affirm & uphold ECO tenets and are eligible as a member and a giver. If you don't think the work of the committee was conducted appropriately and in good order, you can nominate someone from the floor. You must be present at the 8:30AM service to nominate someone new and the person you are nominating must also be present.
