Join us for this 7-session study that explores how to exchange self-reliance for the trusting and relaxed posture seen in Jesus. Learn spiritual growth practices for your daily life that remove your own anxious striving and center you on the One who was never worried about a thing.

This study includes video teaching from Megan Fate Marshman, a dynamic Bible teacher and spiritual formation leader. We will have small group discussion to process her teaching and our personal study.
